Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California ~ we have a $250.00 opening order and 3 piece minimum per style. we need a valid tax ID number when you place your first order. orders shipped via UPS in the USA unless contacted to do otherwise overseas orders are shipped via UPS, US post office or carrier orders may be charged to Mastercard, Visa or Amex we can also send orders shipped cod via UPS ~ net 30 terms may be accepted on approval - we ask for 4 current vendor references bank information and company contact and owner info please let us know if you would like to be included in the store section of our website if your shipment arrives damaged please call within 5 days for service Eldorado club does not accept returns on our products unless our product is defective which we will be happy to replace |
